Located in Haridwar, one of India’s most revered cities, Haveli Hari Ganga is a small 90-year-old hotel that oozes charm. With views of the Ganges and only 20 simple but comfortable rooms, the property feels intimate, homely and peaceful. It’s home to an inner courtyard, its own small temple as well as a massage and steam room. The restaurant serves tasty vegetarian food but please note they do not serve alcohol. Despite this we feel this is one of the best hotels in the area with arguably the most convenient location.
