Dating back 200 years, Pal Haveli is a beautiful ancestral home that is nestled within the old city of Jodhpur. It’s still the home of the current family however 21 rooms have been converted into guest rooms; these gather around large and sunny courtyards. The rooms are richly adorned with old pictures, marble flooring and araish walls. The old fresco wall paintings have been resorted to their former glory so the rooms feel bright and colourful. Their signature restaurant, Indique, is a real hit and boasts views across the city. We feel Pal Haveli is idea for those wanting to be part of the hustle and bustle of the old town but please note it’s not ideal for those with walking difficulties, as there are lots of steep steps.
