Mrs Moosa and her team are considered amongst the best traditional cooks in Kerala. They will take you to the market to choose your ingredients before teaching you lots of the basic principles in Keralan cookery. You will choose and prepare your spices along with learning how to cook several dishes. These might include biryani with side pickles, or pathiri. You’ll also go home with a little booklet of recipes so you can recreate the dishes at home.
